Susan Hooper | Moonpig Group plc

Susan joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in January 2021. She is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, DNED for workforce engagement, and oversees sustainability matters. She is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

Background and experience

Susan has broad non- executive experience. She has a focus upon ESG and is a Director of Chapter Zero.

Susan has previously been a Non-Executive Director of Tangle Teezer, Affinity Water and Rank Group, Caresourcer, Wizz Air and the Department for Exiting the European Union. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of British Gas Residential Services and Chief Executive of Acromas Group’s travel division (including the brands Saga and the AA). She has also held senior roles at Royal Caribbean International, Avis Europe, PepsiCo International, McKinsey & Co and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Susan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Politics and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
